02. Services

Primus Tech Labs provides website design and development services, including business websites, portfolio websites, landing pages, website redesigns, and ongoing maintenance. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are agreed with you in writing (email or WhatsApp) before work begins.

03. Quotes, Payment & Revisions

• Quotes are based on the agreed project scope. Work requested beyond that scope may be quoted separately.
• Payment terms (advance, milestones, or on delivery) are confirmed before the project starts.
• Each package includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed at the start of the project. Major changes to the design direction after approval may be treated as new work.

04. Client Responsibilities

• Provide content, images, and brand materials needed for the project in a timely manner.
• Ensure you have the rights to any content or media you supply to us.
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within a reasonable time so the project stays on schedule.

05. Ownership & Portfolio Rights

Upon full payment, you own your website — including the source code, content, domain, and hosting accounts registered in your name. We retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

06. Support & Maintenance

Each package includes a support period as stated at the time of purchase. After this period, continued support is available through our maintenance plans. Support covers fixes to delivered functionality; it does not cover new features, third-party service outages, or changes made to the site by others.

07. Limitation of Liability

We build every website with care, following modern standards for performance, responsiveness, and SEO. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes such as search rankings, traffic volumes, or sales. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the project concerned.

08. Third-Party Services

Websites may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, form handlers, and chat tools. These services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes to their pricing or features.

09. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you engage our services is the version that applies to your project.
